Article V — Protection and Misuse

1. 1.

   The Arms of Kaharagia are protected sovereign symbols.

2. 2.

   Any unauthorised use, distortion, alteration, assumption, imitation, or misleading display of the Arms, in any form, shall constitute misuse of sovereign insignia.

3. 3.

   The Sovereign retains sole authority to grant licences, permissions, exemptions, or special warrants concerning the use of the Arms.
