Article I — Establishment of the Arms

1. 1.

   The armorial bearings hereinafter blazoned and described are hereby established as the Coat of Arms of Kaharagia, being the personal Arms of the Sovereign.

2. 2.

   The authority of these Arms derives from the person of the Prince and extends to the Principality as a whole in accordance with this Decree.

3. 3.

   The Arms shall stand as the supreme heraldic emblem of the Principality, subject only to the Sovereign’s prerogative.
