Statutes of the Royal Chancellery Act, 2026

WHEREAS the Royal Chancellery has, by long-established practice, served as the principal administrative organ of the State, charged with the custody of registers, the issuance of letters patent, and the general execution of Sovereign authority;

WHEREAS the Fundamental Laws of the Principality, and the codified statutes thereunder, repeatedly invest the Royal Chancellery with administrative competence in matters of nationality, civil status, the conferment of honours, and the registration of decrees;

WHEREAS it is expedient that the constitution, functions, and officers of the Chancellery be established in formal statute;

NOW THEREFORE, by the authority of His Royal Highness The Prince of Kaharagia, with the advice of the Council of State, and in elaboration of the Fundamental Laws of the Principality, the following provisions are enacted.
