Article 8 — Saving and Final Provisions

1. 1.

   Nothing in this Act shall be construed as derogating from the prerogative of the Sovereign or from the operation of the Fundamental Laws of the Principality.

2. 2.

   Any rule, regulation, or instrument made under this Act shall be subject to confirmation by Sovereign decree and shall be published in the Royal Kaharagian Gazette before entering into force.
