Article 2 — Establishment and Legal Personality

   There is hereby established a body to be known as the Royal Chancellery of the Principality of Kaharagia (hereinafter, the “Chancellery”).

2. 2.

   The Chancellery is a permanent organ of State, possessing legal personality, capable of holding property, of being represented in proceedings, and of doing such acts as are necessary or incidental to the discharge of its functions.

3. 3.

   The seal of the Chancellery shall bear the Royal Arms encircled by the words Cancellaria Regia Kaharagiae, and a seal so impressed upon any document shall be received in evidence as authenticating the document without further proof.
