Article 5 — Officers and Establishment

1. 1.

   There shall be appointed to the Chancellery such Deputy Chancellors, Secretaries, Registrars, and other officers as the Chancellor, with the consent of the Sovereign, may determine to be necessary for the efficient performance of its functions.

2. 2.

   Officers of the Chancellery shall hold office on terms specified in their instruments of appointment, and shall in all things be subject to the direction of the Chancellor.

3. 3.

   The Chancellor may, by general rules made under this Act and published in the Royal Kaharagian Gazette, regulate the internal procedures of the Chancellery, the conduct of its officers, and the manner in which the public may transact business with it.
