Annex A — Authoritative Flag Plates of Kaharagia

1. 1.

   This Annex contains the official and legally authoritative visual representations of the flags established or confirmed by Decree No. 2026/0002.

2. 2.

   The plates contained in this Annex shall prevail over any informal, artistic, schematic, or derivative depiction of the flags, whether digital or physical.

3. 3.

   Each plate forms an integral part of Decree No. 2026/0002 and shall be treated as legally binding.

4. 4.

   Any reproduction of a flag of Kaharagia shall conform faithfully to the corresponding plate contained herein.

5. 5.

   The following plates shall be included in this Annex in the order listed:
