Article VI — Cultural Flag of Kaharagia

  1. 1.

    The historic Black and Gold Flag is hereby designated as the Cultural Flag of Kaharagia.

  2. 2.

    The Cultural Flag carries no governmental or sovereign authority and shall not be used in official, diplomatic, or governmental contexts.

  3. 3.

    The authoritative visual representation of the Cultural Flag is set forth in Annex A, Plate D, which forms an integral part of this Decree.
