Article IX — Authority, Interpretation, and Annexes

1. 1.

   Annexes A, B, and C form an integral and binding part of this Decree.

2. 2.

   The authoritative designs, colours, proportions, and technical specifications of all flags established or confirmed by this Decree shall be those set forth in the annexes.

3. 3.

   In the event of ambiguity, conflict, or dispute concerning interpretation or application, the determination of the Sovereign shall be final.
