Annex C — Hierarchy, Precedence, and Display

This Annex establishes the binding hierarchy and rules of precedence governing the display of the flags of Kaharagia.

The order of precedence among the flags of Kaharagia shall be as follows:
The Standard of the Sovereign, when lawfully displayed.
The National Flag of Kaharagia.
The State Flag of Kaharagia.
The Civil Flag of Kaharagia.
The Banner of the Royal House of Kaharagia.
The Cultural Flag of Kaharagia.

3.
No flag of Kaharagia, except the Standard of the Sovereign, shall be flown higher than, placed above, or otherwise take precedence over the National Flag under any circumstances.

4.
When the National Flag is displayed together with other flags, it shall occupy the position of honour unless the Standard of the Sovereign is also present.

5.
The display of multiple flags at equal height shall not override the order of precedence established in this Annex.

6.
Any question of precedence, placement, or protocol not expressly resolved herein shall be determined by the Sovereign, whose decision shall be final.
