Article IV — State Flag of Kaharagia

1. 1.

   A State Flag of Kaharagia is hereby established.

2. 2.

   The State Flag shall consist of the Civil Flag charged with the abridged Coat of Arms of Kaharagia, being the shield surmounted by the Royal Crown only.

3. 3.

   The State Flag is authorised for use by Government ministries, agencies, courts, and officials acting in an official capacity.

4. 4.

   The State Flag shall not include supporters, orders, collars, mantling, banners, or other personal or dynastic insignia.

5. 5.

   The authoritative visual representation of the State Flag is set forth in Annex A, Plate C, which forms an integral part of this Decree.
