Article VIII — Precedence of Flags

  1. 1.

    The order of precedence among the flags of Kaharagia shall be determined in accordance with Annex C.

  2. 2.

    Except for the Standard of the Sovereign, no flag shall be flown higher than, placed above, or given precedence over the National Flag under any circumstances.
