Article VII — Banner of the Royal House of Kaharagia

  1. 1.

    A Red and Gold Flag is hereby established as the Banner of the Royal House of Kaharagia.

  2. 2.

    The Banner of the Royal House shall not be used by state institutions or in a governmental capacity.

  3. 3.

    The authoritative visual representation of the Banner of the Royal House is set forth in Annex A, Plate E, which forms an integral part of this Decree.
