Annex B — Technical Specifications and Permitted Variations

This Annex establishes the authoritative technical specifications governing the dimensions, ratios, proportions, and permitted variations of the flags of Kaharagia.

Unless otherwise specified, all flags shall be rectangular.

The standard ratios of the flags shall be as follows:
National Flag of Kaharagia: 2:3.
Civil Flag of Kaharagia: 2:3.
State Flag of Kaharagia: 2:3.
Cultural Flag of Kaharagia: 2:3.
Banner of the Royal House: 2:3.
Standard of the Sovereign: 1:1.

Notwithstanding paragraph 3, the following alternate ratios are expressly authorised for all flags listed therein except the Standard of the Sovereign:

Other customary ratios required by architectural constraints, naval practice, flagpoles, ceremonial settings, or manufacturing standards.

Variations authorised under paragraph 4) shall affect proportion only and shall not alter the legal status, precedence, or identity of the flag.

All charges, including crosses, shields, and crowns, shall scale proportionally with the height of the flag.

7.
On the State Flag, the shield and crown shall be centred unless otherwise authorised by Crown authority.

8.
No charge shall be enlarged, reduced, shifted, or stylised so as to distort the authorised design or create confusion with another flag.

9.
Minor manufacturing tolerances in stitching, fabric tension, or dye variation are permitted, provided that overall appearance remains faithful to the authoritative plates.
